Polar Research International was established to increase and disseminate solid environmental and archaeological consulting within the state of Alaska and the polar regions.
Victoria Florey, the founder and operator of Polar Research International, is passionate about the cultural, environmental, and historic aspects of the polar regions. She considers herself fortunate to have lived and worked in the arctic and Antarctic regions and brings her expertise to solving problems that arise between natural resource development and environmental and archaeological preservation.
